This is another way of applying the matrix idea to planning an Inquiry unit. This is a blank 3 page form that includes some headings that may be useful, but you can delete them at will. The cells in the table will expand as you write in them, hence the three pages - it allows the cells to expand the table within its page without interfering with the other pages.
